1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Return Eligibility
- Eligible Items: Regular-priced clothing and accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, final-sale items, undergarments, and items marked “non-returnable” at checkout.
3. How to Return an Item
- Contact our team at support@broguess.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.
- Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to incorrect sizing, wrong item selection, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or we made a shipping error, Broguess will cover the return shipping.
5. Return Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and processed within 10 business days. We will notify you via email when the refund is issued.
6. Refunds
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Up to 7 business days for funds to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.
- Partial Refunds: May apply to used, damaged, or incomplete returns.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We will offer either a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost
9. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment. If the order has already shipped, you may proceed with a return after receiving it.
